Refund Policy

We aim to deliver fresh groceries and vegetables to your doorstep. If you're not satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for spoiled, wrong, or damaged items.

  • Raise a return request within 2 hours of delivery via the app or helpline.

2. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (vegetables, fruits, dairy) are not eligible for return after 2 hours of delivery.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • After dispatch, cancellations may not be allowed.
