1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for spoiled, wrong, or damaged items.
Raise a return request within 2 hours of delivery via the app or helpline.
2. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods (vegetables, fruits, dairy) are not eligible for return after 2 hours of delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
After dispatch, cancellations may not be allowed.
